Q:HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?

A: Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once you order has processed and is leaving the store, You will receive another automatic email with shipping info.


Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

A: No due to the fact, we try to get orders sent out at a fast pace.


Q.WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

A: Shipping & billing address must match. Also any suspicious order will be canceled.


Q: LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE?

A: Once package is dropped off to the post office, Fashionx Halo is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You must sign for your package day of delivery.
